**Prices and Payment**

All prices are listed inclusive of VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total amount, including any fees for VAT, shipping, and payment. The payment terms are displayed in the shopping cart based on the payment method you select.

Shipping terms are also shown in the shopping cart, depending on the chosen shipping method. We reserve the right for any pricing errors or significant changes in exchange rates, as we frequently handle transactions in euros.

**Right of Withdrawal**

According to Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase. The withdrawal period begins from the day you received the item or a significant part of it. For custom-made products or items with a clear personal adaptation, the withdrawal period begins once we have provided this information.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if the item has been used during the withdrawal period.

**When Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:**

The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. You may carefully examine the product, but not use it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligent handling, you lose your right of withdrawal.

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products.

When you place an order with us, we collect personal data to fulfill your purchase. By registering and placing an order with us, you agree that we store your information in accordance with applicable laws. **Deliveries**

Delivery time is specified in the shopping cart based on the chosen shipping method. If a specific product has an alternative delivery time, it is stated on the product page.

**Unclaimed Packages**

If you choose cash on delivery as the shipping method, your package will be held at the postal agent for four weeks. Unclaimed packages are returned to us, and we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling costs. Currently, the fee is SEK 150.

**Returns**

Returns are made at your own expense, except if the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as mail or packages, not cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the new product from us to you. Please note that used items cannot be returned.

**Refund Obligation**

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from the day we received the returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless you are returning a replacement item, in which case we cover the shipping cost.
